Your Voice is all about hearing your opinions, thoughts and ideas to help improve our services for you.

Over the years Your Voice has seen us organise community days, afternoon teas and litter picks, hold focus groups about repairs, complaints, and specific local issues, as well as sitting with  our Customer Voice Panel, discussing our performance and where we can improve. 

And now we’re launching a whole new way of engaging with us and sharing your ideas.

The Your Voice programme is going online later this year.

Your Voice online

What does an online platform mean?

An online platform means that you can share your thoughts and ideas 24/7.

They’ll be online areas for you to find out what we’re doing in your neighbourhood. You’ll be able to feedback on what we’re doing and have a say on how that impacts you.

They’ll also be opportunities for you to get involved in reviewing our strategies, performance and policies.

You can get involved when and where it suits you, on your phone, tablet or computer. And if you want to be more involved, they’ll be opportunities though our Customer Champions hub to join panels, meetings and take an active role.

Getting involved.

To get involved you’ll need to register to take part. This is so that we can make sure we’re hearing a diverse range of voices on everything we’re doing. Registering won’t affect your MyAcis account.

Registration is opening in August 2024!
