Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Competitions held by any company within Acis Group Ltd are open to Acis’ customers aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated within the competition information.
  2. Employees and volunteers of Acis Group Ltd or any of its subsidiary entities, or their family members, may not enter.
  3. Any limit on the number of entries a person or household may make will be clearly stated in the competition information. Entries received that exceed this limit will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
  4. By entering the competition entrants warrant that all information submitted by them is true, current and complete.
  5. By entering the competition and providing their name and address entrants are consenting to the use of their data for the purposes of the competition.
  6. By entering the competition entrants warrant that their entries are their own work.
  7. Entrants must complete the task(s) specified and submit the information as indicated in the competition information for valid entry.
  8. The closing date of each competition will be stated in the competition information. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  9. Acis Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Acis Group Ltd.
  10. Winner(s) will be chosen by a draw of the valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated in the competition information. The date of the draw will be stated within the competition information.
  11. Acis Group Ltd’s decision on the winning entry will be final.
  12. The winner will receive the prize specified in the competition information
  13. Competition prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
