Are you ready to take the next step towards a brighter future? Look no further than Steps (Support Towards Employment and Personal Success), a program delivered by CLIP in our Gainsborough and Market Rasen based learning centres.
Steps which is funded by West Lindsey District Council through their shared prosperity fund, is here to help individuals in West Lindsey, offering a clear pathway for progress and personal growth. Whether it's achieving meaningful employment, accessing training, or returning to education, Steps is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Steps offers one to one support that ensures you receive the help you need. It’s tailored to each individual which means there is no one size fits all approach. It nurtures potential and empowers people to succeed.
Here are some of the things the program can cover:
- Career guidance: Discover career possibilities with expert advice to make informed choices that fit with individual passions and talents.
- Personalised development program: Work to explore skills and interests. Steps will ensure individuals receive the dedicated support they need to flourish.
- Access to training, company visits, and work placements: Steps goes the extra mile to provide the opportunities necessary to set people on the path to success.
Steps provides weekly Job Clubs in both Gainsborough and Market Rasen, here individuals can network, learn from experts, and build their connections, all of which will strengthen their journey towards personal and professional success.
Joining Steps is an easy process. Simply visit your local CLIP centre, send an email to steps@acisgroup.co.uk or drop-in to our information session on Wednesday 8 November 1-3pm at The Bridge, Gainsborough.
