We are proud to announce the latest addition to Acis Students—The Village in Nottingham. This exciting addition strengthens our commitment to providing affordable accommodation options for students.
The Village adds 523 new bed spaces, bringing our total in Nottingham to 1,271 bedspace which, when added to our sites in Sheffield, brings our total Acis Students portfolio to 1,654. Located adjacent to our existing Raleigh Park site, The Village will offer extra communal areas, further room options, and round-the-clock security and support for our students.
The previous management team will continue to support current students until their tenancies end, and the Acis Student team will be getting the site ready to welcome new students from September. Our focus remains on providing a supportive, welcoming environment that reduces barriers to higher education.
We are excited about the opportunities this expansion brings and look forward to welcoming more students.
