Your Voice provides you with the opportunity to tell us what you think, recommend new ways of doing things and influence the improvement and development of our service.
You can use Your Voice whenever it suits you, it’s available 24/7!
There’s lots of different spaces and ways to get involved on the platform. We’ve outlined what all the different spaces are below to help you get involved on Your Voice.

Registration
To get involved you’ll need to register.
This is so that we can make sure we’re hearing a diverse range of voices on everything we’re doing. Registering won’t affect your MyAcis account.

Your home and community
Here you’ll find projects related to new developments, improvements to our homes, our communities and much more.
They’ll be projects about services we’re delivering, updates we’re making and links to your neighbourhood.
Your neighbourhood
This is where you can find out what’s happening in your neighbourhood. Neighbourhoods are grouped by area, for example our Market Rasen project covers the surrounding villages and Market Rasen.
Our Area Service Managers will be updating these pages when they carry out an audit. This is your opportunity to get involved and share feedback and ideas on what's happening.

Customer Champions
Want to take more of an active role in Your Voice?
Our Customer Champions area provides you with the opportunity to get involved through regular panels and forums. This is where we’ll share information about our performance and give you the change to share your thoughts and provide recommendations on what we can do in the future.
