The Customer Champions hub is a space where you can be more actively involved in decision making at Acis. Whether that’s through one-off projects that run for a couple of months or more regularly through our panels.
Customer Champions are customers who enjoy feeding back their ideas and opinions to us. They help influence our decisions and shape our services.
By becoming a Customer Champion you might be able to trial news ways of engaging with us, discuss and scrutinise our ways of working, be the first to start conversations in our online forums and help to build our online community.
Why do we have a Customer Champion space?
- It makes sure customers are part of the decision-making process
- It helps give our Board customer assurance
- It provides opportunities for customers to learn new skills and gain qualifications
- It helps improve our services for all customers
