You may be wondering, why is my wellbeing important? Having good wellbeing can increase your confidence and self-esteem. Not only does this increase your relationship with yourself, but with family and friends too.
Taking time out to concentrate on your wellbeing gives yourself time to breathe, understand your surroundings and enjoy the world around you.
So, how can we help? Our team at Riverside have partnerships with Lincolnshire County Council and Shaw Trust that provides us with the opportunity to support you with your wellbeing and to help you overcome barriers into work.
If you want support with your mental health contact a member of our team today on 01427 677 277 or email enquiries@riverside-training.org.uk. Alternatively, you can join one of our free courses.
On the 30 November we have a course on building better family relationships which can help you deal with stress at home or in your personal life.
On the 9 December we are running a course to support you with building your confidence and self-esteem. You can find more of our courses here.
