Managing Anxiety

Do you struggle with anxiety? This course helps you to understand anxiety as well as ways to cope with it. Learn coping strategies for anxiety like mindfulness and positive journalling. 

Entry requirements:

No prior knowledge needed, starting from basics.  

No initial assessment needed. Tasks for all levels, learners to be supported by tutor if needed. 

Teaching method:

Classroom based, face to face, both practical and theory based.  

Practical tasks include meditation and journalling, plus other tasks 

Theory involves information giving and discussions 

How is your progress checked:

Learners will be asked to complete a personal learning record and weekly feedback during their course.   

The tutor will offer regular feedback through informal and formal methods. 

Is there any extra study required at home:

No extra study needed. No prior knowledge needed. 

 

Will just need to enrol online/in person.  

 

All equipment/ worksheets provided.
