DEFINITIONS :

Acis Student online booking system  is the System Accommodation Manager (‘SAM’) which is used to accept applications for student accommodation provided by Acis Students.

Application Period is the period from the start of the Incentive (1 November 2024) to the end of the Incentive (23:59 on 20 April 2025).

The rent reduction is the sum of £100 which is deducted from your final rental payment, whether that is a monthly instalment or termly payment plan.  This sum cannot be used as the booking fee.

Booking Period is the period during which the application must be completed in, namely no later than 23:59 on 20 April 2025.

Eligible Customer  is a customer who has met the relevant eligibility criteria.

Referrer   is an Eligible Customer who makes a referral of another Eligible Customer, where both Eligible Customers complete an application during the Application Period and Booking Period via Acis Student online booking system in the Relevant Academic Year.

Referee   is an Eligible Customer who has been referred by a Referrer and who completes an application during the Application Period and Booking Period via Acis Student online booking system in the Relevant Academic Year and is not currently in a Tenancy Agreement with Acis Students.

Relevant Academic Year is the academic year during which the incentive is valid, namely the 2025-2026 academic year.

Incentive £100 off rent for the next academic year for returning students who have referred a friend who is also an Eligible Customer and has made a fully completed booking in line with the terms and conditions of this incentive during the Relevant Academic Year.

Where both the Referrer and the Referee each completes their own booking through Acis Student online booking system before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year by using the Acis Student booking system, the Referrer will be entitled to receive the Incentive subject to the following conditions:

1. Both the Referrer and the Referee to have both fully completed their booking no later than the end of the Booking Period.
2. Both the Referrer’s and the Referee’s booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year.
3. Both the Referrer and the Referee must provide a valid email address at the time of booking.
4. Both the Referrer and the Referee must have checked into their respective booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period.
5. The Referrer must be one of the first twenty-five Eligible Customers to make a valid referral using the Incentive at The Trigon or the Referrer must be one of the first twenty-five Eligible Customers to make a valid referral using the Incentive at Raleigh Park and The Village.

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one of more of the following apply:

1. You are already a valid Referee.
2. Your booking is for a short stay.
3. Your booking is for a semester stay.
4. You do not complete the full duration of your respective tenancies for student accommodation with Acis Students (in which case the incentive amount would be owed back).
5. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2024-2025 tenancy.
6. You or your Referee have booked your respective student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement.
7. You or your Referee have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking made by either the Referrer or the Referee during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer or referral.

1. The application is submitted within the Application Period and the booking is fully completed no later than the end of the Booking Period.  
2. The booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer must have been provided at the time of booking
4. The Eligible Customer must have checked into their booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period
5. The Eligible Customer must be one of the first forty Eligible Customers to make a completed Application during the Booking Period via the Acis Student online booking system for Raleigh Park or The Village.

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one or more of the following apply:

1. Your booking is for a short stay
2. Your booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
4. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2024-2025 tenancy
5. You have booked your student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement
6. You have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer
7. Your application is not one of the first twenty applications received by The Trigon or is not one of the first twenty applications received by Raleigh Park from an Eligible Customer

1. The application is submitted within the Application Period and the booking is fully completed no later than the end of the Booking Period.  
2. The booking must be for a tenancy with a minimum period of 51 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer must have been provided at the time of booking
4. The Eligible Customer must have checked into their booked student accommodation with Acis Students by the start of their tenancy period

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one or more of the following apply:

1. Your booking is for a short stay
2. Your booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
4. You have outstanding debt with Acis Students at the end of your 2024-2025 tenancy

Eligible Customer  is a customer who has met the relevant eligibility criteria.

Relevant Academic Year  is the academic year during which the incentive is valid, namely the 2023-2024 academic year.

Incentive  to be entered into a prize draw with the chance of being one of four Eligible Customers to win £500 off the overall rent amount for the Relevant Academic Year. Must be an Eligible Customer who makes a valid application for student accommodation with Acis Students during the Booking Period.

An Eligible Customer who books student accommodation with Acis Students before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year using the Acis Student online booking system will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 off their overall rent during the Relevant Academic Year provided that:

1. The application is submitted no later than the end of the Application Period and the booking is completed no later than the end of the Booking Period. For a booking to be completed, the relevant tenancy agreement for student accommodation with Acis Students has been signed by the Eligible Customer, the Guarantor Agreement must also be completed and signed, and both completed documents returned to Acis Students.
2. The booking is for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer was provided at the time of booking

3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students (in which case the £500 would be owed back)

Incentive  refer a friend (anyone that you know) to Acis Students and if both parties are Eligible Customers who book a room with Acis Students between the Application Period, then both will be entered into a prize draw with the chance of being one of four Eligible Customers to win £500 off the overall rent amount for the Relevant Academic Year. This offer has an unlimited amount of entries.

An Eligible Customer who refers a friend to make a booking with Acis Students before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year using the Acis Student online booking system will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 off their overall rent during the Relevant Academic Year provided that:

1. Both applications are submitted no later than the end of the Application Period and the bookings are completed no later than the end of the Booking Period. For a booking to be completed, the relevant tenancy agreement for student accommodation with Acis Students has been signed by the Eligible Customer, the Guarantor Agreement must also be completed and signed, and both completed documents returned to Acis Students.
2. The bookings are for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one of more of the following apply:

1. Either booking is for a short stay
2. Either booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students (in which case the £500 would be owed from both the referee and the referrer.)
4. Either Eligible Customer has booked their student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement
5. Either Eligible Customer has booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer
6. Neither Eligible Customers are students starting or continuing their course with the university from September 2023

Incentive  No £200 booking fee to an Eligible Customer who makes a valid application for student accommodation with Acis Students during the Booking Period.

An Eligible Customer who re-books student accommodation with Acis Students before the end of the Application Period for the Relevant Academic Year using the Acis Student online booking system will be entitled to a refund of the Booking Fee provided that:

1. The application is submitted no later than the end of the Application Period and the booking is completed no later than the end of the Booking Period. For a booking to be completed, the relevant tenancy agreement for student accommodation with Acis Students has been signed by the Eligible Customer, the Guarantor Agreement must also be completed and signed, and both completed documents returned to Acis Students.
2. The booking is for a tenancy with a minimum period of 44 weeks for the Relevant Academic Year
3. A valid email address for the Eligible Customer was provided at the time of booking
4. The Eligible Customer checks into their booked student accommodation with Acis Students at the start of their tenancy period
5. The Eligible Customer pays their initial instalment of rent due under the terms of their Tenancy Agreement no later than their arrival date
6. The Eligible Customer had a clear rent balance at the time of completing their booking
7. The Eligible Customer is one of the first twenty Eligible Customers to make an Application during the Booking Period via the Acis Student online booking system

You will not be eligible for this incentive if one of more of the following apply:

1. Your booking is for a short stay
2. Your booking is for a semester stay
3. You do not complete the full duration of your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
4. You are in rent arrears at any time during your tenancy for student accommodation with Acis Students
5. You have booked your student accommodation with Acis Students through a University or other Higher Education institution, including for the avoidance of doubt, any bookings made pursuant to an existing Nominations Agreement
6. You have booked student accommodation with Acis Students prior to The Application Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, any room alterations or cancellation and rebooking during the Booking Period will not create an Eligible Customer
7. Your application is not one of the first twenty applications received by Acis Students from Eligible Customers
