We're on a mission to recycle more to help the environment and keep our communal areas clean and tidy.

Did you know that recycling correctly can help to save energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and tackle climate change?

Recycling is slightly different depending on where you live, so we've put together some tips of how to recycle at our different sites and what all the different symbols on packaging means.

Recycling symbols

There's lots of different symbols to help you understand how to recycle. But they're often confusing. So we've put together a downloadable guide for you.

Recycling at The Trigon

At The Trigon you can recycle paper and card in the blue bins. Glass, cans and plastic bottles can be recycled in the green bins. There are also black bins for general domestic waste. There are bins in Block B1, B2, C and One Brittain Street.

Recycling at Raleigh Park

If you live at Raleigh Park you’ve been provided with a recycling bin and a general waste bin within your kitchen to separate your rubbish.

When disposing of this in the waste bins outside, all rubbish and recycling will need to be placed in the general waste bins. The council then separate the recycling from the waste and ensure this is processed correctly.

If you're ever unsure don't forget that the team are here to help, just drop into reception.
