• This is only open to returning students. Returning students are those currently living with us and returning for the next academic year. 
• Returning students must not have any outstanding debt with us (at the end of the tenancy for the academic year 2024 to 2025).
• A minimum tenancy of 44 weeks is required. 
• This incentive is only available until 31 January 2025.
• This incentive is limited to the first 40 returning students who meet the criteria above or if the interest is less, those who have met the criteria before 31 January 2025.

What you need to know:

• There's no limit to the number of students you can refer.
• All students referred must commit to a minimum of 44-week contract.
• The discount will be applied to your final rent statement
